Promoting Regional Efforts
The CG works in partnership with existing and emerging networks and other partners in and among regions by facilitating regional and national efforts to improve ECCD through dialogue, capacity building, knowledge sharing and networking, and to increase awareness and information related to key CG objectives among partners and networks.
Specific activities include:
- Facilitating material, personnel and other support for regional activities, e.g., workshops, conferences hosted by regional networks, guided by Annual Work Plans.
- Collaborating every other year with a regional network on the hosting and programme for the Annual Consultation of the CG
- Facilitating relationships with/among the Regional Networks to ensure an effective flow of information between CG and the Regional Networks, and among the networks themselves, and to encourage collaboration among networks in knowledge generation
